Elaine was first employed by Data Technique, Inc. in March, 1997. She graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in Anthropology in 1989. She is a Novell Certified NetWare Engineer (CNE), as well as A+, Network+, and GroupWise certified. She has received advanced technical training in ZENWorks for Desktops and has a Specialist Certification in this discipline. She has been engaged in upgrades and installation of several desktop management projects. Elaine works heavily with K-12 schools, helping school administrators to better manage their networks.
